Calgary Inter-Mennonite Church (CIM) is currently seeking an Interim Pastor, starting May, 2012. Located in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, our church currently has a membership of about 110 people. Our current pastor is retiring after a long ministry with us, and we require an Interim Pastor while we seek a new permanent pastor. Our congregation is guided by our understanding of the Christian faith in the Anabaptist and Mennonite tradition. CIM enjoys participation with other Mennonite churches, many Mennonite agencies and institutions, the broader church community, as well as ecumenical charitable organizations.

CIM is a community of diverse individuals including young children, youth, adults and seniors. CIM is also a member of the Supportive Congregations Network (SCN) as a publicly welcoming church.

We are seeking an Interim Pastor for a period of at least 6 months until a permanent pastor is hired in order to maintain all areas of pastoral and congregational care during our search period. Some flexibility in timing would be an asset. Previous interim pastoral leadership experience is preferred. College or seminary degree in Biblical studies is also preferred.
